We will support you in commercial disputes and debt recovery, will handle your cases on execution and termination of contracts, protect your rights against other shareholders of the joint venture, pursue unscrupulous employees and members of management bodies, challenge state decisions (including decisions of tax authorities).

We will also assist you in bankruptcy of German companies, in recording your claims in the register of creditors, in exercising creditors’ rights and collecting debts via bankruptcy.
